It has 2 outdoor pools, 4 hot tubs, 1 indoor heated pool, a game room, a sauna, a restaurant, a poolside Tiki bar, a convenience store, a movie theater for those rainy days or after a whole day at the beach, a conference room and a covered parking. Since the apartment is on the 2nd floor you won't need to wait for the elevators to come and go since the parking area is just on the other side of the street and there is a walkway to it.. It is also walking distance to the PIER PARK about half a mile with over 120 restaurants and stores to chose from and if you like to fish, the FISHING PIER is half a mile away as well.
